USA SHIPPING

Orders placed on beegypseaoutfitters.com are processed and shipped within 5 business days from when the order is placed. Remember, all orders are made specifically for you, which does increase processing time. Pending clearance of payment authorization and verification as well. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking information. Ships to all 50 states and U.S Territories offering Standard service. 

Please note that on some occasions there are issues with orders that prevent us from staying within this time frame.

 Our Eco-Friendly t-shirt is shipped from Europe, which does increase shipping time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do provide international shipping to most countries. Delivery time will be higher, 20-30 days minimum.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Bee Gypsea Outfitters has no control over this.

A few extra notes about shipping
We do not have a working relationship with USPS. With that said, once our orders are taken to the post office, we have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS drops the ball and sends your package on a trip of its own. We get as frustrated by this as you do. Please know that if we could hand deliver each and every one of our orders, we would.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.

 

 

RETURN POLICY



Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us for further assistance as we have a No returns policy. All sales are final. No returns on sale items.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.

Due to the cost involved we unfortunately do not offer any custom services. Our apologies.

Sizing details

Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. Since sales are final please make sure you order the correct size. We urge each customer to read the recommendations prior to ordering to alleviate needing to contact us. Not every tee is the same, so please read recommendations for each tee. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom.

Care instructions

We recommend washing our tees on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% cotton tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your jam, please do not do so over the ink.

My item arrived damaged.
Please know that we do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, beegypseaoutfitters@gmail.com if there is any issue with your order.

Yes, we donate 3% of our monthly revenue each month to a different organization. You can view these on our Instagram page @beegypseaoutfitters.

I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our apologies
